If one takes Laila Tov but still has an habitual sleeping disorder (such as being in the habit of waking up at a certain time each night and having difficulty sleeping again), then it is advisable to break this habit by NOT taking the Laila Tov at bedtime as usually prescribed. Instead the person should go to sleep because his problem is not falling asleep initially. However, when he wakes up at his habitual hour during the night , then he should take two capsules of Sleep Well/Laila Tov at that time. Allow one hour to take effect. This should help very much for the person to be able to fall asleep again after waking up in the middle of the night.
